    Just remembered, I found this great site for abs workouts:



    I've done only some of these workouts due to lack of equipment but they work - you can feel it.

      Since I have incorporated hang snatch into my routine my core has become 5x stronger than it was a few months ago.....compund movements like squat, cleans and snatch really enhance core strength....

      I did abs for the first time in a few weeks today and went through my normal routine with ease, I ended up doing about 50% more than I normally do....

      Single arm hang snatch.....no joke......yoga as welll

        what are yall opinions on those ab machines they got at the gym? those weighted kinds.
