I'm happy with my bag mitts, I don't come out with injuries besides sometimes the odd sc**** of the skin from the wraps which is unavoidable. To cut a long story short, I think it'd be good to use maybe some reasonably cheap but reasonably acceptable sparring gloves (like some of Lonsdale's new range, about ?4) to use on the bag every so often so i'm punching with some weight so I can increase my endurance. What oz. would you lot suggest? Would rolling in with 16 oz. gloves for bag work look/be ******? Or 14? Or what?

in the states almost most all gyms require 16oz sparring gloves...i'd go with them...y not train with bout the heaviest u can find that way the gloves used in competition feel like nothingOriginally posted by JayCoe View PostComment
