what do you notice moves around more when being it, a water bag or a standard bag?


i have a ringside water/foam 130lbs bag that moves around way more than my big 5 century 100lbs bag.

is it because the water makes it move more?

Is the Century bag hanging or free-standing?

For me usually the water bag moves less than a regular bag. It just seems like it absorbs the shot and the water causes it to shake a little bit, but it doesn't really move.

they are both hanging. maybe i didnt fill the water bag with enough water to reach 130lbs? maybe it's only at 80lbs or something.. hmm..


im still thinking water WOULD cause it to move more because of intertia, oh well.

We just got a water bag at my gym. I love that thing. Lots of give, and it returns the force to your arm. Less stress on the joints and you don't have to go chasing the damn bag around.

is the 80 pound everlast h20 bag thingy worth the 100 dollars? because they have it for that at a local sports store and i was just thinking it would be a better idea to get it from the local store because they got it for 100 dollars no shipping and all that other bull
