I do "sprints" on the jumprope -- 10- or 20-second bursts of high knees with crossovers, or doubles, then 30-60 seconds of regular jumping. Very much like interval running, only with the rope.

rite cheerz very much tebe6sm i will try that routine im not very good at burpees but i geuss you gotta start somewhere i need to start doing ham string stretches more i think...... also when i workout at home i skip indoors with no shoes on sometimes it hurts my feet quite bad but i find it easier without shoes anyway but could this cause any long lasting damage and would this make doing burpees harder

                cheerz for da info guys

I believe causing damage usually depends on the surface your jumping on (i.e. those lock-together mats are lots better than concrete). I've done burpees in feet before but I find everything easier and I feel more in a training mode with shoes on, but I don't think feet v. shoes is going to have that big of an impact on LT damage. But then again, I'm no doctor....

                    sprint/double unders 1 min
                    light jump rope 1 min
                    repeat 10 times
                    sprint/double unders 30 sec
                    light jump rope 30 sec
                    repeat 5 times
straight into 100 body weight squats or 100 push ups.

ive just don this routine about 5 mins ago
