    Title or Grant?

I just bought These title classic mexican training gloves
I was also looking at the new grant campeon training gloves
and I wanted to know which out of these two gloves would last longer and would protect my thumb. I have hurt my thumb about 5 times in the past 2 months and Its only getting worse each time I hurt it. I know its too late now but I still want to know your guys opinions.

I've been pondering over the grant lace-ups for a while over at ringside.com. After following your link i noticed grantboxing.com has them on sale for $69.99 (ringside was 89.00 i think) That was the dealmaker for me. Just ordered mine.

      Thanks!!!

My trainer has used the Grants in some of his pro fights and talks highly of them.

the title gel world training gloves are so far the best i have used:

i am soon going to get these gel bag gloves as i have ever heard great things about them:

for jus working out at the gym and sparring, i dont like the lace-up gloves. they waste valuable time lacin up and everything. but both of the ones u mentioned are good.

I know that the training gloves are for sparring and the bag gloves for working the bags, but how much of a difference is there really in the design? Is it a significant difference?

well i spent over like 5 bills on everlast and title ****...

title makes quality handwraps, thats my fav item from them...

their headgear also is respectable... their gloves arent bad, everlast is better, grant i personally havent used but i checked em out.. they look better then the title gloves, headgear looks better too... headgear looks real good....

in my eyes, boxing equipment is very important, they are like ranked lol..

heres my personal rankings, hope they help

best boxing equipments pound for pound (LOL :P)

1 - winning (great protective gloves and best headgear on the planet)
2 - everlast (its only this high bcuz of its well roundedness, sells quality good in all areas, gloves, headgear, mouthpieces, bags, EVERYTHING, u wont be dissappointed with an everlast item)
3 - grant / title / reyes >> ( all tied for 3rd cuz i truly have used barely any of their products, only seen them.. i like the grant headgear, it looks better then the everlast headgear, prolly 2nd best headgear, grant also makes a quality pro glove and training gloves look good too. title has great handwraps, tons of lil **** for cornermen and title has quality sparring gear... reyes has great pro gloves, up there with the everlast.. their training / sparring gloves are good too, headgear not bad.... out of all 3 i would go with grant for gloves / headgear / and title for the rest)

in the end tho winning and everlast are the **** man, grant is prolly 3rd tho, its headgear boosts it that high..

What about Cleto Reyes and Grant hook and loop gloves? I used those weak ass Everlast $30 gloves right now and am looking to upgrade to either of those two brands. Right now I am leading towards the Cleto Reyes gloves which are about $120. SpeedKillz, Vers2k, Da1Catas, and fraidycat I would like your opinions as in my experience on here you guys seem to know the most and train the hardest but am always open to other feedback from anyone who has/does use either brand.

My grant training gloves came today (laceups). I got them in the 14oz. They look and feel pretty huge. Couldn't imagine how big these feel in a 16oz. I haven't had a chance to use em yet i go back to the gym on monday I'll report back then. I'm kinda wishing I got the grant pro training gloves, the quality looks better IMO and they seem less bulky.

Fit is good and snug. Not sure what the deal is with the lining, my fingers want to dig/rip/peel back some of the padding when I close my fist. Anyone else notice this?
