I think it was a wise decision on Speed's part to not fight you in a parking lot; the 7-11 owner would've sued Speed to repair all the potholes he would have made with your ass.

Further, no reputable boxer, ESPECIALLY a pro like yourself, would fight at a 7-11 parking lot. WTF are you thinking? They'd yank your precious license and you'd be a prison ***** for awhile until a lawyer sorted it out. Fighting in the street is illegal, in case you didn't know.
