My first boxing match is on Feb. 17th at my gym
. My biggest problem is that its a month away. I've only been going to the gym three months and I do barely any condition training. I was actualy gonna start jumping rope every other night before I even knew about the fight, but I have a pretty nast ingrown toenail that hurts like a mother****er. I need to get in shape and I pretty much need to start tommorow. So what kind of running should I be doing? And how long are the rounds, and how many are there in an amateur boxing match? I am fourteen years old by the way.
