60 dollars? You can go buy one for 5 dollars and wrap it around an object and throw hooks. :] I can show you a picture of one setup that is about 1/10 the price of that 60 dollar thang.

i've seen those and its not the same. why u think its 60bucks. they have other 1s on that site for like 10 bucks, but it aint the same. u can actually wrap them around your waste and not depend on your back to support it and there really durable

The ones that wrap around your back feel uncomfortable tho.. atleast to me.. not to mention that it feels ackward throwing a punch when you have a resistance band forcing your arms down and outward. Not a normal throw, in my opinion. It would be better if the band went around the upper back but.. it doesn't.

You don't need a link. Just get some resistance bands and work them. They are good for punching.....

I know sumthing perfect for u and its boxing.

Their is a video called: Roy Jones Jr.- HEART OF A CHAMPION
It has that on guy who leads the way in that stuff. He shows a 12 round workout using only resistance bands. He makes you use them in way i never thought of but it works great.

whats kinda funny about the video is it follows RJJ on his way back down to fight TARVER the 2nd time. All the training before the fight then HE GET KOED.lol The video just kinda brushed it off and showed his old KOs. lol

u tell my speed that.ahaha. whenever i want a break from the bands i just let them hang to the side.and alot of times ppl drop there hands, can u imagine roy jones doing the 1s your talking about?he wouldnt be able to do it right cause its 1 band.ahaha.with those u have to keep your hands up,theres not free movement with them.
