Brook has shown the world the blueprint on how to beat Golovkin and Jacobs is just as skilled as Brook. Only difference is Jacobs is a big 160lb'er with power in BOTH hands. Even HBO is on record saying that they want no parts of a Golovkin Jacobs fight. Do the math, Golovkin is gonna swerve Jacobs...
If anything, Jacobs will ***** out because 25% of the purse isn't enough to take a beating.

If anyone's vacating, it's Jacobs... unless HBO really are idiots and want to damage their own product...GGG has the safety net of the purse bid...Al would have to pay him 5 million to (barely)be able to pay Jacobs more than the 1.5 million he said was too little....i mean, if Jacobs want at least 3 mill, Al would have to bid 12 million....insanethe only thing holding GGG back from that would be HBO throwing a hissy fit and not only damaging people's perception of their own product, but cutting him off from making a lot of money, which shouldn't be taken lightly by him or his team.

The upside for Haymon in that scenario is that the extra 1.75 is PBC money (someone elses), but the management percentage he takes from Jacobs goes straight to Haymon Boxing....
