How the f*** did Tim Bradley knockout Brandon Rios?!

Brandon Rios survived wars with Alvarado, Pacquiao, and Chaves... so how the hell was a non-puncher like Bradley able to stop him??? Bradley only had 12 KO's and hadn't KO'd someone in 5 years.

It doesn't make sense. Can someone explain how Timothy was able to KO Rios? Thanks.

I know Bradley is physically fit and a good boxer who knows how to throw good solid accurate punches. But he's a not a knockout guy. He's known for just throwing a lot of punches and outhustling his opponents.

He outhustled him to the body, Rios has a great chin, but he has always been soft to the body.

Perfectly placed body shot its as simple as that.

Bradley punches harder than his ko% suggests, he's not a finisher, and he doesn't set his shots up that well but notice nobody walks through Bradley do they.

So he hits hard enough to get respect of his opponents

Body shots and punches to the head have different effects, for one. Two, Rios wasn't all there physically nor mentally in my opinion. And last but not least, Bradley came out with a point to prove. His first fight under a new trainer and was coming off a string of shaky performances.

probably a combination of PEDs and Rios being in the worst shape of his life

Rios wasnt there at all, I think he already had "retirement" running in his brain before the fight even started.
