    Agreed. Ward hasn't mentioned Golovkin since starting down his path towards Kovalev. Abel should knock it off with the damage control and just let this go away.

    I used to give Golovkin the benefit of the doubt, but it's been made pretty clear that he avoided Ward because the reward was not worth the risk. When you offer 164 to a guy that a lot of people are saying can't make 168 anymore, you have to label that one a duck.

        That's a silly statement to make, Berto was a cherry pick but a justified one, i.e. last fight swan song. GGG has been in the ring with some damn good fighters, and when he finishes unifying 160 he will move up to 168.
