    Toney vs Tyson

    Reasons this fight will happen.

    - They both are at a disadvantage against tall fighters and would prefer to fight each other

    - Vitali will be unavailable for a while

    - They both don't want that many more fights and would love the big payday.

    - After Tyson's first min. KO in June people some people will believe in him again.

    - MOST OF ALL BOTH FIGHTERS THINK THAT THEY CAN WIN THIS ONE

    Power vs Skills, Tyson by KO or Toney by Desicion, No one has ever attempted to beat Tyson like Toney would try to (without tying him up), and noone has ever knocked out James Toney.

          Toney's a counterpunching king and a defensive genius. He'll do more than just survive. But really he just needs to "survive" teh first round.

            Besides the fact that Toney is adapt at slipping and blocking punches. No one has ever knocked him out.

            That's why it a good question whether or not Tyson could do it.

                Tyson would win the first 4 or 5 rounds then from that point on Toney would pick him to pieces for the rest of fight and win a UD.

                  Its amazing that the division is weak enough for James to be doing what he is doing right now!

                  There's obsolutly no way Toney could handle a Prime Tyson.

                  As it is I think this is a solid 50/50 fight.
