Imo , Norman Jr has the skills to not only knock Haney out but also the ring iq to cut the ring from the runner ( something which I already know Teo wouldn’t be able to do when they were talking about fighting
Again , I think between Norman’s skills and Turki’s threat of not wanting runners on his card , Haney will be forced to fight one way or another
Norman Jr is very aggressive and will hunt Haney down to make the most of his work
Won’t be good for Devin and a very long night to boot

I totally agree , some Boots are real fughin clowns for putting blame on Norman for not taking the fight
Fugh Slow Eddie for not wanting to piss up $500 000 , if he’s to blame or is it really Boots who ran ???
Then Norman goes over to Japan and makes the same money if not more and also putting his name out there in Japan , some of the best boxing cards have been coming out of there skills and financially

Still be less I reckon. Pretty sure Haney has zero fan base left. 1-1.2m I imagine.

Haney absolutely can't fight like his last outing or he will lose bad. Unlike Jose Ramirez BNJ knows how to cut off the ring

Norman has at least four ways of throwing a left hook, including a canelo like uppercut, i can't see how haney can avoid it, fair play to him for taking this fight, i shall look foward to it.

Norman turned down 1.7 and fought someone else for 150k. Stop conflating the timeline and pretending a different fight is the same thing. He also made 400k against sasaki not more than 1.7 million, Unless the fight did huge on ppv which seems doubtful but I'll wait on that info.

If Hearn had given him 500k more than he asks for another 500k etc...we know how this works. Norman wants to build his name carefully picking opponents not by beating the best. Lots of fighters do that but it's not something admirable. Its the boxing 3 card Monty.

If he was trying to "maximize his earnings' he beats ennis and then makes even more per fight but he wasn't confident so hes trying to peck and paw to the top beating sasakis and smaller names like haney. Don't we want the best to fight? Are we business men?

He clearly ducked the fight. That's what turning down a career high payday to fight lesser fighters is. He's waiting for a different moment. A safer moment. Obviously if he beat Boots he would make much more right away but he's trying to get big money that doesn't involve fighting top guys. How is that a good thing? Good for him sure but not good for competition. Wilder literally just did this same thing. Tank etc...we don't need more of it

I can't see Norman staying at 147 for long, unless he has no problems making weight, at the weight in for his fight against the Japanese fighter he looked anorexic, he is gonna beat haney and probably easily, then a lot more folks will no all about him.

Also, when you cancel DAZN will offer a discounted price to keep you. Personally, I'm a believer in voting with your wallet. The subscription fee alone is extortionate let alone ALLLL the PPV's they're peddling to us.

I don't mind going without for a while and jumping back when something catches my interest in a big way
Oh, WORD?! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm…well, well, well…looks like we just discovered a chunk in their armor. I might just do that.

I didn’t know they employed that Amazon strategy.

Wow! The unmitigated balls on this kid! First he called Ryan then Teo and now Brian Norman Jr?

Whom is not only a dangerous puncher but the best welterweight in the division. One can say what they will about Devin Haney.

However, one can not say that he doesn’t always face and challenge the.best competition and opposition that is available.

Moreover, he does it without pricing himself out by not using the lack of money excuse as a crutch like other fighters do too.
