That division is stacked. Bakhram Murtazaliev And Virgil are the top dogs, but there are a handful of others that if they were at 135, 140or 147# they would be a champion.

He's the first boxer named Flavius I've ever heard of.
Ironically, the name derives from the Latin 'flavus' meaning 'yellow'.
In American slang, yellow means cowardly.

Josh Kelly is a similar fighter to Junior Witter in terms of his attributes 'Kelly has great athleticism and co-ordination, also his skill for skill boxing ability is most likely better than most other domestic level fighters. But unlike Junior Witter, Kelly does not have fearsome punching power and overall he is not a World level fighter'.
Therefore? This makes Josh Kelly good enough to survive against most fighters, but very rarely does he ever execute a impressive winning performance 'Josh Kelly has no standout performances on his resume above domestic level'.
But here is the interesting thing? I don't think Josh Kelly over extends himself in his fights 'So there is in my opinion, untapped potential. I have never watched a Josh Kelly performance and described the fight, as Kelly leaving it all inside the ring'.
This is not a criticism of Josh Kelly as a fighter 'Because I do think that outside of the boxing ring, he has exceptional work ethic. I don't think such a prestigious boxing coach in Adam Booth would be working with him, if he had a bad work ethic. And I also believe that Booth would not be working so intensely with him, if he did not have more to achieve in the game'.
Note: Since the retirement of David Haye, I think Adam Booth has been trying to recreated that dynamic which he had with Haye 'I have stated this before, when a fighter would come up against David Haye. They were competing against two forms of resistance? 1: David Haye's physiological attributes. 2: And Adam Booth's Boxing Psyche. Those two attributes were integrated into David Haye as a fighter. Which made him a formidable fighter at his absolute peak, in my opinion? David Haye on pure boxing ability is the most talented British Boxer since Prince Naseem Hamed'.
David Haye's feats achieved inside the boxing ring, are not conventional or normal feats even for most top level fighters. David Haye was the Unified and Lineal Ring Magazine Cruiserweight World Champion, and unlike Oleksandr Uysk? Haye blasted out all of the major Champions at Cruiserweight, Haye was really the Undisputed Cruiserweight Champion. The only reason why he was not awarded the IBF World title, was through a technicality. Jean Marc Mormeck had beaten the IBF World Champion O'Neill Bell in a rematch, in his fight prior to competing against David Haye'.
After conquering the Cruiserweight Divisions, David Haye then invaded the Heavyweight Divisons. On the 7th November 2009 'David Haye fought Nikola Valuev, in a fight where he was being outweighed by 7 stone. Haye weighed in at 218 pounds, vs Valuev 315 pounds. The total the weight differential in pounds between the two fighters was 98 pounds. The fight was billed as David vs Goliath. David Haye beat Nikola Valuev, and became only the second sentient being in the history of mankind to move up from the Cruiserweight Division to win a World Heavyweight title.
To conclude: Now I personally don't rate Josh Kelly anywhere near David Haye's level as a fighter 'But in terms of innate boxing ability and athleticism, and most likely work ethic. He does have similar traits to fighters like David Haye and George Groves. And those are the attributes and type of fighters Adam Booth has worked best with during his career as a coach. It was unfortunate that the Josh Kelly vs Liam Smith fight did not happen, because? I was one of the few people backing Josh Kelly to win that fight, mainly due to the timing of the fight. Not because I think overall he has been a better fighter than Liam Smith. The next time Josh Kelly is presented with a big fight opportunity, he will have to just take the fight and leave it all in the ring' etc.

Witter certainly had scary one punch power and a good jab. Two important attributes lacking in Josh Kelly. Lacking those attributes, let’s be honest, at top level he is toast
