    Handspeed is reduced by alot and most importantly he doesn't have that explosive in and out footwork which really helped him avoid getting hit while getting into to land combinations and step out then around real quick. This was a huge factor in his success when he was younger.

      Ugas isn't a puncher. He has 12 KOs in 33 career fights.

      Of course Pac was more damaged than Ugas going into the fight. But it doesn't change the fact that Ugas was past his best and Pac got absolutely schooled in that fight.

      And, to be clear, Barrios absolutely IS a bum. But he's in his prime and he easily schooled an ancient Ugas. Pacquiao today is far, far worse than the version of Ugas who struggled so badly with Barrios.
