Catterall stalled his own career waiting around for the Taylor rematch. Hitchins and Barboza got the shots he should have. Sometimes it's better to pursue title shots rather than stale UK domestic fights.

That's a bit harsh. Imagine if I had all the belts, including the Ring and TBRB recognition and then you fought me as the underdog and knew you had got the better of me. But you lose by one of the most ridiculous decisions ever. I think you would be hell bent on revenge. Then I mess about and don't rematch you. Then I sign to rematch you but the fight is cancelled 4 times due to my many mysterious injuries. I would have strung you along like what felt like a life time because I knew you beat me first time out. I'm not sure that you'd be making logical business decisions through all of that.
Besides, it's believed that Jack Catterall has over 5 million pounds in the bank, without ever having won a world title.

        The cat lmao

Another wasted career chasing a fighter ala GGG

Haka’s favourite fighter who in his opinion would beat all

        Can’t make this chit up

This is an absolute mismatch. It must be a really big money fight for Jack to be taking such a huge backwards step. He is levels above Eubank in terms of ability, but I suppose at the end of the day, boxing is a short career and these guys deserve the chance to make money. I would grudge nobody that in what can be a very dangerous sport.

Jack is really wasting his own career (legacy wise) . He doesn't believe in him self. Maybe he knew Taylor was on the decline and that was his golden opportunity in that first fight. After that I think mentally he doesn't want to become a legit champ.

            However atleast hes making bread.

Not harsh at all. Dude is 30+, but acting like the fkn Taylor rematch was the only attractive fight in a hot division. Pure idiocy. How Hitchins is lined up to make the money Catterall could have.
