Makes sense. Even if he loses to Canelo it wouldn't make sense to go back to 154. Either retire or drop to 160 and take on a guy like Lara or Adames.

GOOD!!!! If the Big Tall Inferno wins tomorrow and has to face Zander for a 3 belt united fight then that means one thing. TOP RANK and PBC are on Amazon Prime. LETS GO BEZOS!!!

3 belt? What are you talking about? Zayas doesn't have a belt and Fundora only has two. If Crawford vacates the WBA belt, the interim titlist is Tellez. The only thing Zayas would get is Crawford's WBO mandatory status, but that doesn't come with a belt.

Bud's next career will be feeding pigeons in the park. He'll cash out if he can but fade out if he has to. I just hope he can survive, he is one in a million.

you’re talking about a 2 x division undisputed champion who’s undefeated. Honestly the disrespect is disgusting even for BS standards

Ikr, perhaps they didn't actually follow the majority of his phenomenal career while it was actually happening.

We watched this kid come to Britain & whup Ricky Burns like no-one had done before or has done since (although big shout Ray Beltran), they now talk about that like it was a foregone conclusion.

We watched him dominate his division up to the Postol fight, which people now talk about like it was a foregone conclusion & that Postol wasn't both respected & a tad feared.

We watched him go up & do Jeff Horn, they talk about that like it was a foregone conclusion, forgetting that most commentators predicted Bud would lose (YES, to Jeff facking Horn) because he'd be far too small at 47.

Basically, what I'm trying to say is: WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA lol

Why not? 154 is far more stacked than 160, and Lara and Adames are PBC, while 154 is full of killers associated with Turki, with whom he's currently in business, and if he kept his belts and spots he'd be two fights away from 3 division undisputed.

He's going to retire after, but if he weren't and he were serious about legacy, 154 offers more opportunities for "proving greatness". Or are you wanting him to pick up a trinket from Lara or Adames just to get that 5 divisional claim?
