    The boy Alvarez is very determined and patient in the actions that he does. When I follow the characters, I feel that this boy is the most courageous.

      Alvarez has done a lot for boxing. Bivol became a star thanks to Alvarez giving him a shot

        Scull lost that fight to Shishkin. They gave him a hometown decision, he shouldn't even have the fake belt he has.

          His last 4 fights are a 6 rounder an 8 rounder an 8 rounder and a robbery over shishkin. I can't think of a worse opponent. He has nothing on his resume and no potential.

            I don't care about the fight odds; what are the odds on Alvarez failing to KO Scull like he's failed to do to everyone else since Plant?

              His best win besides the Shishkin robbery was a 12 round decision against Evgeny Shvedenko.

              Osleys Iglesias obliterated Shvedenko in 1 round.

                its a david morrell type of opponent, unknown, unproven. except scull has twice as many fights in pro and ams, and a belt. . cuban, southpaw.

                but this guys were all giddy for cuban school morrell,, all scoundrels

                  Everyone who watched the fight scored Scull vs Shishkin for Shishkin. Scull got a gift decision in his adopted hometown.

                  And while Morrell didn't have any elite wins, he faced FAR better competition than Scull prior to the Benavidez fight.

                  Combined record of all of Morrell's opponents prior to the Benavidez fight: 217-23-6
                  Combined record of all of Scull's opponents prior to the Canelo fight: 315-173-24 (and that includes the 16-0-0 record from the Shiskin robbery)

                  Morrell would walk through Scull like a cheap screen door.

                    you first line is subjective so toss i toss that one out very easily

                    but the argument for morrell hype was ignore the pro record , look at the overall experience . well, scull has more of it than morrell. and we can say now that obviously morrell was learning on the job even in benavifez.

                    plus even david morrell himself is liking scull's chances, i saw a news article about that/ this fight could get interested
