I'd be cool with Bivol and Beterbiev not fighting each other again this year, and letting Benavidez have a crack.

Beterbiev is more powerful than Benavidez, but David has better defence, and the height and reach with relentless type of pressure.

So, he'd have a chance against Bivol, who is superb, but has spots where you can get to him.

Bivol isn't flashy, not one you might say is big box office, but in the simplicity of how he boxes, steps to the side, simple combos, very effective.

Should be interesting but have to go with Bivol, Benavidez needs some more fights at LHW, he looked flabby and fatigued his last fight.

Benavidez should fight Smith first while Bivol rests up.

Honestly, I don't really think Benavidez has something for both guys. Artur stops him like others. Bivol keeps jim on distance, winning on points.

Benavides lacks experience at 175. Fighting Bivol he may find out he is not as fast as he thinks. Fighting Artur he may find out he can't take a real punch

Smith is a good next fight for Benavidez and visa versa.

Agree completely with this Benavidez as far as I'm concerned is still a bit of unknown quantity at the upper echelons.

Bivol is one of the best boxers in the sport trailing just behind Usyk and Bud and would likely school him.

And Smith was always durable until he meet Artur and his rabbit punches, Benavidez will likely succumb to the rabbit punches as well.

Beterbiev and Wilder for some unknown reason are/were allowed to get away with hellacious amounts of rabbit punching throughout their entire careers.
