Comments Thread For: Oleksandr Usyk remains a target for every heavyweight
The two heavyweight fights on the undercard of Artur Beterbiev-Dmitry Bivol II set up two potential challengers for Usyk's championship.

If usyk beats kabayel, usyk will lay to rest idea he has weak body. That's usyk next challenge. Usyk might not need DDD rematch.
Ajit, and parker is next for usyk. Unless ddd can beat parker, then of course usyk gives ddd another chance
Can't argue this. There all good pick em fights. People might say usyk beats parker, and ddd beats Ajit?
But I'm not so sure. Dare I say it will be Parker likely fighting Ajit when all is said and done
Turki wants Dubois. Usyk wants undisputed again. Think it’s pretty clear what’s up next
Someone should explain to Turki that undisputed means nothing, because one or more sanctioning body will ALWAYS strip their title away from the unifier IMMEDIATELY. They make more in sanctioning fees when flying solo. It's as simple as that.
At Heavyweight- Lineal championship is all that matters.
That one goes back to 1719.

I think all fans on this forum will enjoy any combination of Usyk, Kabayel, Parker and Dubois but according to Usyk only one of them gets a chance because on his "two fight retirement plan" and the second fight will be a "show fight" against Alex Pereira. No other heavyweight right now deserves to be in this conversation.
Given that he has already fought Daniel, I am hoping that he fights either Kabayel or Parker next. However the money factor will be on Daniel's side because Dubois is hugely popular in the UK and Frank Warren has a lot of influence with Turki. Parker and Kabayel do not have a huge following.
When Usyk retires, I have a feeling that Kabayel will be the last man standing.
