Assuming that Haney, someone who works with Conti, and has always tried to use rehydration to gain significant advantage, was not himself taking a substance can he erase what Ryan did?

It seems it philosophical issue in some respects but one must ask when a boxer loses a fight under dubious circumstances can that loss be undone? Truly undone?

i hope haney is not damaged from that fight, cryin is most likely a cheat & he cheated x2 missing weight by a long way, he probably didnt even bother to make it either imo, stop rewarding cheats in the sport and making excuses for them and yes letting them off scott free at times all u are doing is encouraging more and more cheating by tolerating it really

what haney does to be the much bigger guy in the ring also i think is wrong but legal, boxing needs to ban cheaters correctly and respect weight classes, its baffling why they cant but its just an indication of how corrupt the sport actually is, literally noone cares i dont think as long as they are making money, lots of hands in the boxing pie

If the fight gets changed to a no contest, which it absolutely should, then yes the loss is undone quite literally. They no longer hold the win.

Does Devin use PEDs? I would say that’s quite the safe bet that he does but we don’t know for sure.

Fact of the matter is, Ryan needed PEDs to beat Haney, so the win is void.

On paper & boxrec you can undo an L. In ones head its a whole lot harder. Thinking you are still #1 is easy when you got your 0. Its easier when you got a controversial or close L. Its harder when you got dropped 3x in a fight.

I think this is a large part of why guys come up with so many reasons they were 2nd best besides they were 2nd best. You gotta kinda fool yourself more than you need to fool others. It takes a certain level of delusion to think of 8 billion ppl on this planet you are the best at anything.

That being the case I think a large amount of Devin's future depends on how much he honestly believes the PEDs helped Ryan on the night. Or how much he can fool himself into believing it.

That said I think he also took a certain amount of life long diminishing damage in that fight & idk that you can ever undo that.

this is one of those unusual cases when the guy got busted but too close to the fight to prevent it going ahead which hugely benefits the cheater in this case as he got paid a lot of money & literally doesnt really care about this stuff anyway as long as he gets paid and knows he can come back easily from a small ban as many many others have with no real longterm issues at all actually

boxing is not a race, cheaters can potentially do more damage to their opponents if their strength and endurance is boosted by the peds

Some of the other fallout from this fight. If you notice Bill Haney was absent kind of left Devin to deal with things. Again something that cannot be undone.

Certainly official records can be changed, we can try to punish cheating. Just wonder if it really matters in the final analysis. Will the Ryan gets this win officially or not certain things were revealed
