Remember when the Hulkster would say to his Hulkamaniacs "say your prayers, take your vitamins"? We have fallen pretty far from those days.
Haney missed his opportunity here (or maybe he can still grasp it) to lead by example. The Evangelical Christians often miss the opportunity as well by casting public judgement everywhere instead of leading with grace and mercy. We need more great leaders in sports. The guy has immaturity issues and mental problems.

100%. I think Ryan is not very intelligent on top of those two big issues for him too. So while I think Ryan has boxing talent at the higher levels of the game hes gonna come up short more often than not. That mental focus, maturity & IQ (ring & in general) are important when you are fighting guys of similar or higher boxing skills like he'll be vs Devin.

I dont think Garcia is faking it, it looked like he was coked out of his skull the last presser I saw.


He doesnt have the mental stability of a champion. I think its anxiety from the fear of losing that he is trying to surpress with the drinking and drugs. Its a way to cope, after he gets stopped by feather fisted Haney he can cope by saying "I wasnt at my best, I would have really won if I wasnt drinking or on drugs".
