    Adam Kownacki returns Saturday

Was looking across the boxing schedule and saw he was fighting for the vacant Republic of Poland heavyweight strap vs 24 year old 11-1 (7 KOs) Kacper Meyna.

    Thoughts?

And also curious if anyone one would be interested in a continuous thread, listing all the upcoming club level-mid level cards that likely won’t get posted here, with links to watch & results for those who don’t watch?

Not sure if there is already something like that on here

I'm interested in boxing events shown on Youtube live like the Probox TV.

Isn't this site now owned by Probox?

Yes, Probox bought the site. I was posting the threads for their cards for awhile, but they started posting sticky’s for them this week, which is nice. Most of the cards I would be posting are on YouTube or other free platforms for the most part, albeit they’re not usually the quality of cards as a ProBox etc.

I hope he wins and retires. He took a lot of damage in his short career.

Also... the Cusamano loss still hasn't been overturned?

Yea I'd like to see a regularly updated thread of less widely known fights.

I got a boxrec watchlist that keeps me up to date on a lot of fights like this, but unless you comb through the schedule often fights like this Adam K fight can be overlooked.

Man I remember when Kownacki was like 1 fight away from a world title shot against Wilder and PBC had built him to the stage he looked like a legitimate decent contender.

Helenius was a bad matchup for him, the one thing helenius has is excellent power and Kownacki just stood in front of him eating bombs, it was a hard watch.

Such a bad look, considering they overturned Keyshawn’s fight at the snap of a finger over weed in Texas lol

I think he's happy to be a Polish champion tbh. I don't expect to see a new push for a world title.

Kownacki was top 10 by The Ring by the time. He should have fought Joshua in 2019. But he was dumb enough to wait on Wilder, which never happened. Helenius ruined him, he is a trialhorse now.
