No advantageous conditions like Age disparity, nor a rehydration/catchweight clause.
What are Saul Alvarez's biggest achievements?

Going to be honest, not a particularly a big fan of his, but he is a four division champion (154-175) with a record of 60-2 (39 KOs). He is still competitive at the top level but declining and will likely retire in the upcoming years.
In my opinion it was during his 160-168 run, Prime Canelo being a middleweight with polished defensive and offensive skills:
Austin Trout (26-0, 14 KOs): Coming off a win against a declining Miguel Cotto who got his revenge against Margarito and went to fight Maravilla Martinez after his bout with Trout.
James Kirkland (32-1, 29 KOs): Big puncher with questionable chin, ruined Alfredo Angulo before facing Canelo. Hasn't really beaten any other notable fighter. But is quite experienced.
Gennady Golovkin II (38-0-1, 34 KOs): Declining but still very dangerous, controversial draw in the first fight and loss in the rematch, but it was highly competitive.
Daniel Jacobs (35-2, 29 KOs): beat Caleb Truax, Sergio Mora X2, Peter Quillin, Luis Arias, Gabriel Rosado and Sergiy Derevyanchenko. He lost controversially to John Ryder by Split decision and gave a competitive performance loss to GGG. Which was his first time going 12 rounds throughout his career.
Callum Smith (27-0, 18 KOs): Rangy puncher whose 6'3 with a 78 in reach. Had knocked out Rocky Fielding in 1 round and had a controversial UD win over John Ryder, he has moved up to 175 with two KO wins so far.
Caleb Plant (21-0, 12 KOs): Slick fighter with good combinations, questionable gas tank and average punching power.
Billy Joe Saunders (30-0, 14 KOs): not familiar with him, guess he is a solid boxer with below average power and was a undefeated two division champion.
Sergey Kovalev (35-3, 29 KOs): Sergey might have been declining, but there wasn't any stipulations, he has an argument that he trained in two consecutive camps affecting his performance. But he signed up to fight the middleweight who moved up two divisions to challenge him while he was coming off two big wins. Plenty of fighters in the past fought at that pace and performed well, so whether he he got worn down or not, he could had said no even if Canelo was taking advantage of the circumstances.
His wins over HOFs like Mosley, Cotto, Khan, and Lara, but:
-Mosley and Khan were at a clear disadvantage.
-Cotto was declining but still quite competitive, he had went through many wars however. He demonstrated an Iron chin but was outlanded by a significant margin and was more stunned than vice versa. Don't remember if he was a catchweight at 155 instead of fighting at middleweight..
-Erislandy Lara was at a catchweight, he outboxed Canelo but his output was low and became even lower in the later stage of the fight. The scorecards were quite controversial.
Might be wrong with my assessment, anyone can correct me.
