It's easy to see Ryan's move both ways. On one hand he probably figures, he wants all in on focus and training just for Davis. This is the guy he's been calling out for years. On the other hand, it can be bad if he goes in too rusty for being out too long. At least in comparison to Tank who will just have fought a couple months prior. Though it can also be an unnecessary risk where Gesta pulls some miracle out his arse to catch a sleeping, uninterested Ryan cold.

I think Tank will blast Hector Garcia out at some point, but also don't think Hector is anywhere near as talented as Ryan can be. Ryan has blinding speed. One of the fastest hooks in the business. If Tank thinks it won't land or believes Hector Garcia is good enough to prep for Ryan, that would also be a mistake. Eitherway, I'd love to see it land clean and how Tank takes it. I'd like to see that a lot more than how well Ryan takes a Tank shot, because we all know what's going to happen there, lol.

Someone here sees it for what it is.

Slow, come forward fighter, keeps his hands/gaurd low, leaves his chin in the air while exchanging, little pop at 130 let alone 135. On par with Leo and probably plays out very similar. Garcia will look decent for a round or 2. Tank starts walking through Garcia's punches KO"ing him between 4-6rds. It's been the same rinse and repeat cake walk afforded Tank for a minute now.

I don't know why people act as if Gervonta is always behind in fights, that's not the case and most often he's in control. Garcia has a fighters chance which means a lucky shot! Gervonta is on another level, this not he/she Colbert he Garcia is facing.

Probably because Gesta does very little for him in preparation for Tank. Ryan isnt like most these guys partying, getting hammered and blowing up in weight in between camps ala Tank,Ruiz,Broner etc. So the need to cut weight will not be in play here.

All Goossen will need to focus on is getting good, quality sparring partners for Ryan, keeping him sharp and a game plan. All the while having the luxury of wearing headgear with minimal risk of injury or cuts and one less camp having to cut down to 135. Seems like a smart decision myself.

He goes out more than you think. He likes to play a lot of poker and he frequents a girl I knows game.

By any chance did you ever watch the Rolly Romero fight? or the Leo Santa Cruz fight? What did Tank do in those fights? He moved and set traps for both of them by moving off the back foot . He used their over aggressiveness against them and countered each of them beautifully coming in with both his punching power and speed.
