What I don't get about Floyd punk fans...

... I'm not talking about boxing fans, I'm talking about punks. You know the type of guy I mean: smack-talking, 17-years-old, next to no education. Jack asses and loudmouths.

These guys will frequently say that Floyd's personality (or manufactured personality) doesn't make a blind bit of difference to them.. yet they all talk like ****s the same as Floyd.

Realistically, if you had to pick a boxer that a punk would like, it'd be someone like Tyson. Or, today, Pacquaio.

Punks don't like defensive fighters. You can't imagine these punks in their kindergarten going "yo, dude, that shoulder roll and ring generalship was freakin' AWESOME!!!!!"

I can understand boxing purists liking Floyd - and I like him myself - but why would a punk?

Why can't these punks just say "Floyd acts like a ****... and I AM a ****... therefore he's my favourite"?

There's a difference between stans and fans BB. Mr boat buyer's supporters are on the wrong side. 95% of em anyway.

the thing is, when Mayweather drops the act he's just as likable as any boxer. more so than someone like that conceited **** Hatton, who is worshipped for his out of ring persona

and i guess even a ****** can appreciate Floyd's skills, just like they can Rooney's, for instance

But there's no way a tard would rate Mayweather above the likes of Ping Ping for spectacle, is there?

Sometimes I don't even think it's his skills the ******s appreciate. I think it's more his image, his attitude, his lifestyle, the fact that he's black and into hip hop and hangs around with "Fiddy" , etc.

That's what it is. Floyd gives these kinda kids something to identify with.

I completely agree. I was reading an article about how kids now a days have a much higher sense of self importance that borders on narcissism. It's because you can't tell kids they are ugly, or suck at something. Think of when you see fat bitches dressed up in **** they shouldn't be wearing. Why do they wear it? Because there friends don't tell them, "you look ****ing ****** and like a morbidly obese cow and I will be embarassed to be seen with you". There friends just go along with it as to not hurt there friends feelings or bring them back to reality. So these little douche bags who feel like its them against the world (or adults) see Floyd and his "I don't give a **** about anyone or how they feel" attitude and they suck it up. They feel like they have something in common with this guy and don't realize its a friggin act. You seen the video of him training a guy on defense? Yeah sure he might have been acting extra nice with the cameras around but I doubt he is anything like how he is on a 24/7 episode talking **** and being a snooty little ***** around the clock.

These kids are misguided, uneducated and still don't know what the world is about yet.

Thank the pussification of a nation for that.

You can't even say "hey batter batter" at Little League baseball because it might be too distracting to the batter.

And another thing -- they'll support all other fighters who slightly resemble Floyd:

Williams, Bradley, etc. Basically anyone young and black with a shaved head. Oh, and Bernard Hopkins.
