Roach. Even if his fighter is outgunned going into a fight he seems to come up with a plan to at least give them a chance to win.

Roach all the way. Pacquiao used to be pretty reckless and he only had a straight left. Now he throws some great right hooks and uppercuts and he throws much more combinations.
Watch the first Pac-Barrera fight and watch the David Diaz fight right after, you will see all the improvements Roach made to Manny, it's insane.

For me, I pick Roach. My question is, what if PAC ended up with Nacho. Would Nacho have done as good a job as Roach has, or better or worse?
What makes Roach stand out, is just how Bruce Lee said it "Be like water".
Roach doesn't have one way of coaching, he molds his fighters according to their strengths, not a certain style.
