How do you get your REP power up

It goes up 1 point every 500 posts and 1 point every 100,000 rep points you receive. You need one of the 20,000+ rep power guys to hit you with green. Like Anorak, Malvada, Versatile, Oasis Lad or Chups ect. There are many others.
