Difference between Global Boxing scene and non Stop Boxing scene

Hi - sorry newbie question. I�ve looked but couldn�t see any info. Can someone explain what�s the difference between the two forums? The latter seems to feature comments on articles more, but also has way more posts and views. What�s the difference ? Thanks!
