Get right back in the gym and then go out there and get it. An amateur loss is simply a learning experience. And yes, the fools at school will give you sheet about it but you are learning to fight, they are not. In a few years these kids will be highly respectful of you. Trust me, one amateur loss is not the end of the world. Were you fighting for the Olympic Gold? No, you were fighting for experience, and you have that experience now. Having learned a little now go out there and make your next experience better for yourself..............Rockin'

Thanks for this Rockin, your right, i need to stop being a beatch , get back in the gym and get another fight, its all a learning experience. It feels better that i didnt get bested by someone my own size at least, it was a fully grown man who was heavier than me.

If you gave what you had than there is nothing wrong with getting an L, especially in the ams. Time and more experience will show you this. The bout in the ams that did the most for me was actually a L. Love, learn and grow from the sport...........Rockin'

I definitely didn’t give it my all, it was a piss poor performance and im glad it wasn’t recorded, but it doesn’t go on my record and ive got experience from it. After what you and others on the thread said in regards to it though, i dont really care anymore, cant wait to get back to the gym.

Just go out there and fight your fight, can't ask any more than that of you, win or lose (unless you half assed it during training). So never half ass it during training. That is where you actually win a fight............Rockin'

I worked hard but i feel the other guy worked harder, he had access to more facilities unfortunately i had to work with what i had, I didn’t have my coach in my corner either. Oh well, no use crying over spilled milk, ill do better next time for sure.
