But Sergio is only two inches shorter, and has a reach advantage, he moves constantly and is very awkward, I think the reason why Ward beats him is due to the glass he's packing, I think Ward drops him several times and forces a stoppage

I'd be tempted to take Ward in a close one, but honestly a toss-up. Very few fighters could match Maravilla's tenacity.

Martinez was nothing, a flash in the pan who couldn't box. He was another Popo. He had decent reflexes and could move around the ring. An example of a fighter who used his natural abilities to the maximum and had little else in terms of boxing skill. Ward would knock him out and make him look like a fool.

Power wrong Speed wrong. The shots Ward was hitting Kovalev with slowed him considerably, does Martinez really have huge power ? Especially in his twilight. As for speed I don't even know what to say if you think Ward is faster than the Marvilla Martinez.

Martinez is way overrated. Ward is the real (boring and dirty) deal. Martinez is not.
