He'd get my vote too. Superior at light heavyweight and heavyweight. Not only did he actually win the heavyweight title, he also in my opinion did better against possibly the best version of Marciano.

Clearly Charles for me . The greatest light-heavyweight ever, he beat Moore three times and was better at Heavyweight.

I have Charles at #5 on my P4P list, with Moore at #11. Two of the best ever but I don't think you can really justify having Moore ranked higher.
