I was probably too rash in saying none care, Floyd probably cares too, but money is the main motivation for them all, especially these days where Floyd or Manny can pull up to 30 million a fight.

What weight class? I'll make my own guesses:

Ray Robinson: Robinson wins by KO in 10
      Sam Langford: Mayweather wins UD
Henry Armstrong: Lightweight - Armstrong wins UD; Welterweight - Armstrong wins UD
      Ray Leonard: Leonard wins UD
      Kid Gavilan: Mayweather wins UD
      Jose Napoles: Mayweather wins SD
      Barney Ross: Ross wins SD
      Jimmy McLarnin: Mayweather wins UD
      Thomas Hearns: Hearns wins SD
Oscar De La Hoya: Mayweather wins UD
      Emile Griffith: Mayweather wins MD
      Felix Trinidad: Mayweather wins UD
      Antonio Cervantes: Mayweather wins UD
      Shane Mosley: Mayweather wins UD
      Wilfred Benitez: Mayweather wins SD/MD
      Carmen Basilio: Mayweather wins UD
Aaron Pryor: Lightweight - Mayweather wins by KO in 9

Against your selection (a very debatable one) of opponents, I have Mayweather going 12-5 with 1 KO win and 1 KO loss.

The weight class in question is Welterweight which, I thought, was self-evident from the list of opponents.

In what way is the selection of opponents "VERY" debatable. Are these or are these not ATG Welterweights?

Yes, the later opponents only fought at Welterweight +, my mistake. But in seeking to grade Mayweather, this is the wrong weight class. He was a far more effective Lightweight (I have him as #4 All-Time) and an even better Junior Lightweight (I have him as #2 All-Time).

Yes, they maybe All-Time Great Welterweights (depending on your criteria and which ranks you count as ATG). For Welterweights, that is a very good (if not perfect) list in my opinion (needless-to-say, I'm sure it is perfect in yours). But why not let Mayweather face the Greats in other weight classes in which he shined? I would suggest the following from other weight classes. After the fighters is my prediction.

          Junior Lightweight

Kid Chocolate: Mayweather wins by KO in 8
Brian Mitchell: Mayweather wins a UD
Azumah Nelson: Mayweather wins by KO in 11
Flash Elorde: Mayweather wins by KO in 9
Alexis Arguello: Arguello wins a MD

Mayweather is 4-1 against my Top 5 All-Time.

          Lightweight

Lou Ambers: Mayweather wins by KO in 8
Lew Tendler: Mayweather wins by KO in 11
Battling Nelson: Mayweather wins a UD
Sammy Angott: Mayweather wins a UD
Barney Ross: Mayweather wins a UD
Beau Jack: Mayweather wins a UD
Freddie Welsh: Mayweather wins a UD
Carlos Ortiz: Mayweather wins a MD
Tony Canzoneri: Mayweather wins a UD
Ike Williams: Mayweather wins by KO in 9
Joe Gans: Mayweather wins by KO in 12
Benny Leonard: Mayweather wins by KO in 8
Pernell Whitaker: Whitaker wins a SD/MD
Henry Armstrong: Armstrong wins a UD
Roberto Duran: Duran wins a UD

Mayweather is 12-3 against my Top 15 All-Time, with losses only to the people in the Top 3.

You seriously think flat footed Arguello would beat Floyd? It would be like a bear trying to catch a butterfly.

Arguello was a much better fighter than Corrales, but if you want volume two of Mayweather-Corrales you would watch Mayweather-Arguello.

That's fair enough (although I use "Old School Eight" weight classes so Junior Lightweight would be folded in with the Lightweights). For my Lightweight matchups I'll go ahead and reuse Floyd instead of Juan Manuel Marquez as I had originally planned. I Floyd in with Welterweights because that's where he's currently fighting AND he's still (arguably at least) in his prime.
