Cotto has problems fighting pressure fighters, Angulo is a pressure fighter. I see Cotto winning the early rounds but Angulo will come on late and could possibly stop Cotto, it depends on how much punishment Angulo can take early on.

Not to make excuses but he was obviously very sick for that fight, even Max Kellerman said he looked drawn and spent. Even then he almost KO'd Cintron in the end, if that fight would have gone 2 more rounds, Angulo would have won.

I'm not saying he would definitely beat Cotto but he could give him problems because of his style.

Angulo has improved a lot and he is a tough dude, he is getting better and better and I think Cotto's better days are behind him.

I will agree if Angulo had volume in his punches. Volume plus pressure beats Cotto not pressure alone, look at the Clottey fight. If Clottey would have let his hands go, he would have won. Pacquiao and Margarito smothered and overwhelmed Cotto with activity.

At this point, Angulo can hurt Cotto with a single shot, though. But my money is on Cotto for now.
