I'm 15 and have an interest in boxing also like fighting, I went to a boxing gym before and I trained 3 times a week and I went there for a month or so and well I was just trying out.. the thing is we did a lot of the same stuff and well I had to start paying because you can't keep going to training for free, it was harder for me since I've had back pain for 3 years but I still have a huge interest.. but since I don't live in America I was wonder do you always change drills and do different things all the time or is it the same? BTW I wasn't training with total beginners some people had trained for 2-5 years.

Most boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
The boxing gym I went to was actually physical and also they spar and compete, also I'm 1,76cm tall, 83kg weight.. I was 75kg when I was doing boxing but gained since than and I have to say losing weight or being heavier didn't really help in anyway always felt the same pain, I know people who are as tall as me and are way heavier.. they even are way unhealthier than me and they are perfectly okay, for the past year I've eaten less candy and started only drinking water just so I don't gain more weight.
