I've already had healthier diet for the past year.. and people like you are just a disgrace.. calling people fat af is just sad.. in Iceland people are raised way better than that.. sadly you probably weren't raised properly.

I've been training for over a year and never stepped foot in a gym. You can do roadwork, shadowbox, and calisthenics outside of a gym. To make a heavy bag just get a duffle bag or military bag and fill it with clothes and other miscellaneous softish objects. There is always a way to train.

Read Dempsey's book Championship Fighting. The greatest book you could read on learning how to box and conditioning.

You'd best give yourself more than a month. #1 for true conditioning... #2 to correct all of those things that became 'habit', training yourself you will have many bad habits that will need to be corrected by a professional eye...........

If you feel you have potential then yes, you should train. I am a firm believer in taking advantage of the gifts you've been given.
Of course, to fight, your resolve must be ironclad... Oscillating on whether you want to train or not is not a good start.
Iceland? Cool. That would certainly grab people's attention when they announce where you're from.
