    Yeah I do a kettlebells class which incorporates this, recommended.

    T-bar sounds like it better though as you can adjust weights, Kettlebells are all seperate weights.

          Cardio exercises are great to burn fat, boost metabolism and help in losing and maintaining body weight so those who are trying to lose and maintain weight must perform cardio exercises on regular basis.

            Hey..
            As far as i think all cardio exercise are pretty good and all have their own different benefits some good for weight loss and some for fitness.. But overall i think swimming is best one
