There's all kinds of stuff I've never even seen when I went to a Publix in Orlando a year ago.

There is so much variety of groceries, its hard not to fall for it.

God has blessed the USA so much.

Its tough to see the USA turns its back on the One who made it great

More fast food joints, more desk jobs I guess

It's a lot of things I'm sure but probably mostly: Lack of knowledge of nutrition and or were never taught how to cook. Drinking soda /juice/alcohol over water always. Prepackaged or prepared/frozen meals. Fast food is very cheap and convenient usually. General laziness and not wanting to prepare their own meals or thinking that good food is only over priced organic stuff. Too many trendy diets, cleanses and lose weight quick schemes when people should be using common sense and will power to not get there in the first place rather than try and fix their weight problems later.

Maybe also the fact that being a slothful gamer nerd isn't something to be embarrassed about anymore (it should be) since people are making weird careers having audiences watch them play a ****** game rather than play it themselves.... That or everyone is happy with binging an entire TV series on a ******ing platform rather than doing any kind of moderately physical outdoor activity.

Sports don't really seem important in school or with younger families anymore either, around here anyway. There's a lot of fat fucks in Canada too. We just have a smaller population than California so it's not as noticeable.

I think a lot of it might just come down to the first thing I said. Lack of knowledge of nutrition. You see people buying these prepacked salads thinking they're making a good choice but the dressing is so loaded with fat and sugar they're better off just leaving it on the shelf and buying some cheap produce .

Those my thoughts on the matter anyhow.

PS I just fell down the stairs and that was the most physical activity I've gotten today. Maybe time to go outside since I'm about over this cold.
