Not being funny but that shet always seemed kinda wrong to me. Not saying they're wrong to get that ish off Netflix - ain't seen it so I can't comment - but maybe they need to look at the wider problem of child ***ualisation and consumerisation too. What do folk say about 'cleaning up your own house'?



Perhaps Texas should think about taking a leaf out of the French lawmakers playbook and just banning that ish although I understand that ***ualising small children is big business in the US - and increasingly the UK - so there might be some resistance.




Gotta wonder about the motives of folk who do nothing about the overt ***ualisation of children going on under there noses whilst at the same time attacking a movie that purportedly aims to display the damaging effects of that kinda ***ualisation doncha think?


Funny enough most serious reviewers consider the film to be very much a critique of child ***ualisation although the marketing by Nextflix was in extremely poor taste, selling it on it's sensational aspects rather than the core message which is about the damage caused by this kinda thing.

Shet, I'm actually inclined to give it a little look over now I've read a bit more about it.

Hell I remember seeing Brooke Shields 13yr old coochie when I was a child & younger than her coochie on HBO in the movie Pretty Baby. HBO going to jail?!?! Thora Birch was a minor when she showed her t^ts in American Beauty & idk that that got any controversy at all let alone a court situation. Why were these things okay & a clothed crotch is catching lawsuits?
