Thank you Black National Museum of History and Culture for pointing this out, I cannot say I disagree,

Do we really need another thread about race, Jim?

Where does it say anything about Supremacy? The image makes whites look like admirable people.

Oh come on BostonGuy this deserves its own thread. This is on a Smithsonian National Museum site and this is what they write!? Remember democracy dies in darkness. Nuclear family as a white supremacist ideal and structure? Are you kidding me? They literally pointed out everything that any common sense person would think as good as primarily a white invention. Thats more racist than majority of the stuff written on this website!

If you click on the source link this is what they wrote right before they posted that graphic,

"The belief of white superiority has been part of the United States since its inception. The white European imperialists who settled here believed they were inherently superior to nonwhite groups. These beliefs justified atrocities like the genocide of Native Americans and nearly 250 years of African slavery. After slavery, white supremacist ideologies manifested into a series of laws that would limit the freedom of African Americans, known as Black Codes and Jim Crow. White supremacy and its legacy can still be found in our legal system and other institutions through coded language and targeted practices.

Direct and violent forms of racism that promote white supremacy have been on the rise in recent years. These acts are more directly linked to white nationalism."

Racism and charges of racism are so rampant today that it's exhausting. I'm thinking about quitting Twitter, Boxingscene and cancelling my Boston Globe/WSJ subscriptions to tune out this constant barrage.

              Here's an example:

Damn, someone actually wrote all that.

I just can't understand how some people can just sit around and think about white people all day.

Like I keep saying you don't have to be white to be a white supremacist. You just have to be a decent person.

Inventing imaginary new definitions for words is a double-edged sword.

At this point "white supremacy" is a multiracial movement promoting healthy living & combating media corruption.
