    BBQ for One, need advice.....

Im soon about to organize a BBQ for myself, under the star light.

Should I use less coal than normal since I am only one person, also since I am only cooking for myself and I can only eat so much it seems I will only cook like 3 sausages 2 burgers max.

Should I cook a load of meat to reheat for later? Does re warmed meat from the BBQ still tastes as good? Or at least better than fired?

What are your favorite BBQ recipes and BBQ foods?

I love spuds cooked like this I think I will put them in among the coals

Sausage meat tastes good to me

All burgers suck balls to me due to my american experience (a happy meal) ruining all English burgers forever, but these are the best English ones I can find

Then for the fridge I can cook up my other meats like this and have them to warm up later?

I like a nice marinade , chili flakes on chicken is great too

How long do you have to cook on the ashes before they go out? Enough for 2 batches I presume, hoping it will take some time, more than I expect, they used it to power steam trains after all so Im guessing its no rush job

Just dont want to have a load of raw meat on some cold ashes

The good thing about being the only one is you wont be embarrassed when you burn the food

Yes ribs are the ticket, why muck around with standard fare, you're playing with fire here, it's an occasion.
Get some ****e rub and slow cook them as long as you can under low heat, lay on the sauce & don't skimp on that too.

Homemade sauce is the best ingredient

He'll never get to the cooking...he's just going to end up shoving the sausages up his ass and go to sleep afterwards.
