Christian McCaffrey becomes the highest paid...

...RB in NFL history. I think it was 16mil a year for four years, I think.

Not a fan of paying a RB big $$$$ for all the obvious reasons, but if one does get silly $$$$ he is the one.

He does have it all, the total package, Good speed*** elusive, some power, can catch the ball.

*** here is his grandpa Dave Sime winning the silver medal at the 1960 Olympics, he is still considered to be one of the fastest 3/4 white American sprinters.

Future NFLers Frank Budd in lane two, Ray Norton in lane three, yep, busts.

    His dad...

He’s a white dude and the highest paid running back in the NFL?Now days we are programmed in our minds to think there is some form of racism going on here. The owner may be a trump supporter.Little bit of a stretch but you get my point.

There has been tons of stud white RB's in the NFL and that old owner remembers them.

White guys usually lack speed, they are more ****ers like a Mike Alstott, John Riggins***, Larry Csonka, But, there was 'Jaguar" Jon Arnett a USC long Jumper with great speed, there was TCU's Cy Leland way back when who was a world record sprinter, ****ie Post could scoot, the great Hugh "King" McElhenny a Cali HS hurdlers champ. Craig James a 9.6 man at SMU.

Yep, been awhile since we saw a speedy stud white RB, but they have existed,

*** Was a Kansas State 100 yard champ in HS with a 9.8 (long jumper 22 feet) but he was lighter than the 240 NFL ****er.

      "Jaguar"Jon Arnett

He has incredible numbers and he's the ONLY weapon that the Jaguars had. Defences were stacked against him and he STILL made yards. And he plays nearly every down. I'd rather have him than that human Ewok Ezekiel Ellioitt...he makes a nice run then gets off the field for some gatorade.

          Ah...Panthers.

Imagine Jim Brown in his day averaging over 5 yards a carry with defenses geared to stop him. Yep, stud.

McCaffrey is on a whole other level than Elliott, yep, totally agree about that,

            Oops...Panthers it is.

Here are some of his stats...percent touches....and rank. Dude touched the ball 53% of his offensive plays. Not just was in the game, but CARRIED or THREW THE BALL!

            Touches 53% 1st
            Scrimmage yards 44% 1st<<
            Scrimmage TDs 51% 1st
            >> NFL-high 2,392 scrimmage yards

Pay him to keep a certain demographic locked in. Buying his jerseys, etc.

QB problems had a lot to do with why he was used like he was. I don't expect to see that again.

Jim Brown weighed as much as linebackers and defensive linemen are a hundred pounds heavier today with amazing quickness.
