    heart, lung, liver,kidney etc

    Filipinos eat that all the time.. they're good depending how you cook them.. we also eat pork blood (serious), pork large intestines, etc..

      Im not much of a meat eater but intestines are hearty.

              We a lot of vendor of that.. many at night walking around our town in a basket full of that.. i like the "soup" part of it.. the duck fetus itself not so much..

                    Go to a brazilian steakhouse, hearts on skewers

                    Filipino restaurants, sometimes they add liver to their chicken or pork adobos

                    The trick is that kind of meats have to be seasoned and cooked properly

                    cultures that are poor and/or ethnic are better at it

                    The only white ppl I would trust with organ meat are the Latin whites

                    Italians, French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc
