This is wrong and it needs to stop. The law should apply the same to everyone, regardless of their race or racial philosophy. If someone breaks the law, they should be punished accordingly. If someone acts in self-defense, they should be freed accordingly. On December 22, 1984, Bernhard Goetz shot four young men on a New York City Subway train in Manhattan after they allegedly tried to rob him.
Sentence: 1 year in jail (paroled after 8 months)
