            This is wrong and it needs to stop. The law should apply the same to everyone, regardless of their race or racial philosophy. It's not fair to give one group of people special treatment just because of the color of their skin or even their philosophy or worldview (real or inferred), no matter how strongly the judge may disagree with them or how de****able society considers their views.

              On December 22, 1984, Bernhard Goetz shot four young men on a New York City Subway train in Manhattan after they allegedly tried to rob him.
              Sentence: 1 year in jail (paroled after 8 months)
