How many ''on the ground'' does it take a person who speaks English, to comply ?!?!?

''They slammed my head on the cement....''

While standing up and on his own and fully coherent.
      No blood or visible injury.
Homeboy is playing up to his audience.
      Hoping to win a lottery.

TBF, male cop is having a semi meltdown.
Concentrate on the people in cuffs. Get them to the station.
No need to prolong this shlt.

A little more often these days. And it's about damn time. When it's their fault, that is.

Not only the actions of that officer gets him arrested he brings that reputation to the other cops that are trying to do the right thing.
Also no one is going to stick their head out for him and involved in that type of behavior.

Adrenalin is racing, suspect isn't listening to several commands, officer fears there is a gun involved. Shoves suspect to ground using his foot since his hands are occupied with firearm. Suspect isn't visibly injured. Mistakes can understandably be made. A day in the life of a cop is full of encounters that range from benign and minor to life threatening in a manner of seconds. What can you say? The department's quota hires want to remove the cops who are working circles around them and actually trying to prevent crime. The audit type video groups do everything they can to undermine law enforcement while rewarding and encouraging criminals and lazy deadbeat quota-cops who are soft on criminals.

It's amazing how ''social'' media makes it look like cops are out to get POC.
Anyone who resists or refuses to comply get manhandled and rightfully so.
Thing is, POC getting ''abused'' is just the kind of story that get attention and ad revenue.

It's sometimes difficult to armchair the actions of a LEO. That need to be in their shoes would help our judgement.
Yes, there are whole shlts with badges that have an agenda (racial or otherwise).
Those low lifes are either too narcissistic or dumb or both to cover up their tracks.
They are busted and dealt with.

Other times a decent well meaning cop will just reach a boiling point and snap.
There is no telling when a good cop snaps. Sometimes the cop snaps on a felon who deserved it but society deems wrong.

Kicking a person when they are down is not nice.
I can assure a person, felons do much worse.

meanwhile in Africa few people care more about financial servitude and wonder when American blk people will stop the stuuupid chit
