Mapping of Land Gained/Loss Throughout The Invasion

will be of interest for you military history guys

according to western sources sht going bad for Russia

on the other hand the map shows them gaining ground with each day

I believe the pressure is why Ukraine went and had its first talk with Russia earlier today

if Russian soldiers were getting slaughtered, why talk when the Ukrainians could cut every Russian down to the last soldier

Sending a major message to Moscow: don’t ever step foot in these lands again

Us and nato have constant surveillance up

    Satellites and drones

Ukrainians are avoiding major Russian combat forces, they cant stand toe to toe with Russian military

But notice how you see so many vids of Russian tanks out of gas?

Ukrainians attack the fuel trucks and supply trucks

Ukraine can't slug it out with russia

But with western satellites, drones and advisory theyre sticking and moving

In the morning of February 28, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Russian forces have liberated the towns of Energodar and Berdyansk in Zaporizhzhie Region.

According to the released statement, Russian military aviation controls the skies over Ukraine.

“Russian aviation has won air supremacy over the entire territory of Ukraine,” Defense Ministry spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov told reporters.

According to him, over the past 24 hours, the Russian Aerospace Forces have destroyed eight Buk M-1 air defense systems, and guidance stations of S-300 and Buk M-, three radio positions with P-14 stations, four combat aircraft on the ground and one in the air.

"Since the beginning of the operation, Russian forces have hit 1,114 Ukrainian military infrastructure facilities, including 31 command posts and communications centers, destroyed 314 tanks and other armored vehicles, 57 multiple launch rocket systems, 121 field artillery pieces and mortars,” he said

The Russian Defense Ministry also issued appeal to residents of Kiev:

“All civilians in the city can freely leave the capital of Ukraine along the Kiev-Vasilkov highway. This direction is open and safe.”

“I want to emphasize once again that the armed forces of the Russian Federation strike only at military targets. Nothing threatens the civilian population."

It looks like Russia has complete air control in Ukraine. Thus why Ukraine is calling for a no fly zone. They know they are ****ed. That's why Russia is marching its convoy to Kiev in a 20 mile long train.

Honestly, for Russia to have this type of control after a few days, is extremely impressive and not a sign to me of any type of real pushback from the UA.

They could decimate Kiev tomorrow if they wanted to. My guess is they are giving civilians ample time to get out, and then the fighting in Kiev will start. I hope the UA surrenders quickly and a ceasefire is called in the next couple of days.

Otherwise Russia is just going to do whatever they want in Ukraine. NATO allies seem like they are donating weapons and planes but I can't see how any of that is going to matter if Russia controls the skies.

They might have air supremacy in some areas but not all.

I keep seeing pics of downed russian aircraft.

Also video of russian convoys hit from the air.

Russia has a 20 mile long convoy heading into Ukraine. It's on satellite images. Knowing that, they have 100% air control.

There is no way they would line up a convoy like that if they didn't have complete control of the skies and really the entire surrounding areas, as far as missile defense systems etc.

If Zelensky has a shred of care for 'his' people, he will surrender tomorrow or Wednesday. Otherwise the eastern half of Ukraine is Russian, barring some big help from the west.

That large convoy is in ukraine

Not heading to Ukraine, its in there already

                It's headed for kiev

                Let's see what happens

Russia should take the country easily

But I'm gonna bet the Ukrainians will make them pay for it

                  Heard several rumors

                  1. The Russian troops sold their fuel, they didn't think they were gonna invade

Led to major fuel supply issues because units reported more fuel than they had

                  2. ***** didn't intend to invade. It was all a bluff but then when he ordered the invasion, he didn't have the logistics set up to invade.

Both are believable and both might be true.

Yes obviously meant Kiev. Nah Ukraine is done at this point unless they get a ton of support from the west. Russians could just wait them out if they wanted to, they could block escape routes and they would run of out supplies in a few days.
