the market, efficiency, performances and productivity. It would have taken how long to bring each one into the office to fire them?
Would it have been better if he called each one? He is showing great examples of efficiency/ productivity and great performance. He is leading by example.

I read an article stating there was more to the story.

The company was losing money, and some investors basically bailed them out, but part of the deal was there would be cost-cutting. This included a large cut in the workforce. Had the cuts not been made as the new investors demanded, the company would have folded and 100% of the workforce would have been laid off.

What’s the issue? As a CEO myself, there are tough decisions to make on a daily basis and whoever has to go will go.
