title shot on FN4

Im in the lightwieght division with a record of 33 wins 3 losses and 25 kos im ranked in the top 400 of the division.
I have a educated left jab and can hold my own against the best but im wondering how the hell do i even get a title shot? i been fighting for a while and never came across a chance?
