What strength and conditioning routine did Bruce Lee use

I knew he had backed off from free weights but was not aware he was using a Marcy machine. Here's an interesting article about it:

Nice find! If my memory serves correctly, after Bruce's death the Marcy machine was left to a school or university. Many years later one of Bruce's friends (Possibly John Little) made enquiries and found the machine taken apart in the cellar of the school it had been left to.

He was gifted it, had it completely renovated and I gather it is still very much in existence and still used....

That machine should be in a museum or something. The Marcy company is still in business today manufacturing similar products as that.

Agreed! I doubt the current owner will part with it any time soon though. He did make the effort to acquire and have it renovated.
