Creatine and aminos are two completely different things. Consider creatine to be a muscle booster and aminos to be a diteary supplement. Boxers can get away without aminos and I prefer to get mine through good protein powders and (most importantly) foods. Creatine is far more effective in bodybuilding but if you feel that you need and increase in muscle volume and strength, you can give it a try.
I agree with above, amino acid supplements are bull****. Creatine is ok but far more important things.

im at med bro just want to put muscles im having amino acid right now but really didn't help me alot...its just like a vits for me to go to the gym....imma get some whey protein next pay day...
