    amino acid or creatine want to buy one can you help me please

    can you please give me a help...will amino help me build some muscles what type of amino should i take? thanks

    Instead buy a good quality protein that already has all the branch amino acids. Don't recommend creatine since it only hydrates the muscle giving it a growth appearance. Protein and amino acids on the other hand, feed the muscles and promotes growth.

      amino acid is bs.

      Creatine will help you build muscle mass by allowing you to work out longer. Reducing the lactic acid buildup and/or delaying it's build up.

      You don't retain water. Water is transported to the muscle groups being used. For obvious reasons.

        Definitely creatine but make sure you have a good protein to use with creatine.

          Creatine and aminos are two completely different things. Consider creatine to be a muscle booster and aminos to be a diteary supplement. Boxers can get away without aminos and I prefer to get mine through good protein powders and (most importantly) foods. Creatine is far more effective in bodybuilding but if you feel that you need and increase in muscle volume and strength, you can give it a try.

            I agree with above, amino acid supplements are bull****. Creatine is ok but far more important things.

            Where are you at now?

            skinny/med/fat? (effects how you should eat)
            how much resistance training do you do?

              im at med bro just want to put muscles im having amino acid right now but really didn't help me alot...its just like a vits for me to go to the gym....imma get some whey protein next pay day...
